Since some time ago, I have become rather alarmed by some of
the negative spiritual experiences which have been shared
with me via my electronic mail ministry. Personally, I have
never had such things happen to me; so to hear that some of
my readers are having these experiences, such as actually
seeing demons, or being threatened with a black cloud trying
to settle on top of them, or having an evil entity try to
pull them under their bed, or having Satan appear in person
and tell them that he has come to rightfully claim what is
his, is extremely unsettling for me.

As I was thinking about these testimonies, I was reminded of
some of the information I included in my alien/UFO article
'Alien Abductions And The Evil Bird'. In that article, I
mention how it seems that as a great number of Americans
have abandoned God and the faith of their Christian fathers,
they have created a spiritual vacuum in their lives; and in
the United States of America as a whole. By surrendering
their Christian heritage, and exchanging it for New Age
thought and other such demonic lies, they have left the
doors wide open for Satan and his evil minions to come in,
in all of their power. Just as God's Spirit will not go
where it is not wanted, Satan and his demons will indeed go
where they are not only wanted, but where they are also
consciously invoked through all of these New Age beliefs and
practices, which appear to be an odd conglomeration of
oriental and middle eastern religions, Wicca, Native
American shamanism, Christianity, and UFOlogy. These
personal testimonies I have been reading certainly seem to
indicate that what I wrote back then may be true.

Again, the fact that so many American Christians are having
these attacks is a very serious matter. We must all realize
that we are involved in a very real spiritual warfare. As I
have shared before, the Apostle Paul wrote all about this in
his many Epistles. Consider some of the following verses:

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against
principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the
darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high
places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God,
that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having
done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt
about with truth, and having on the breastplate of
righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of
the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith,
wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of
the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword
of the Spirit, which is the word of God:"
(Ephesians 6:12-17)

"Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of
this world, according to the prince of the power of the air,
the spirit that now worketh in the children of
disobedience:" (Ephesians 2:2)

"(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty
through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting
down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself
against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity
every thought to the obedience of Christ;"
(2 Corinthians 10:4-5)

"Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life,
whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good
profession before many witnesses." (1 Timothy 6:12)

"Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus
Christ." (2 Timothy 2:3)

"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as
a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:"
(1 Peter 5:8)

As a Christian in whatever capacity the Lord has called you,
you need to realize that the more important you are to the
Lord's work, the more Satan may attempt to attack you. Even
in worldly warfare, it is the leadership which the enemy
tries to undermine and destroy first. Many times this is
accomplished through negative political campaigns. The tools
used to disseminate the damning propaganda may include
public radio, television, shortwave radio, pamphlets, or
billboards. In the case of foreign governments, one of the
most reliable means of destroying leadership is through
causing discontentment and civil unrest amongst the masses.
It just so happens that, after destroying a country's
economy, this is one of the primary methods described in the
Protocols of the Wise Elders of Zion. Once the head is
destroyed by whatever means necessary, the body, that is,
the army or the general populace, may continue to function
for a short time in an unorganized fashion, but it too will
soon fall apart and perish, unless new leadership is quickly
selected in order to avoid total anarchy. In the case of we
Christians, thank God that we only have one Real Leader, and
He simply cannot be touched by anyone!:

"Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to
be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who
hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath
translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:...And he is
the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the
firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have
the preeminence." (Colossians 1:12-13, 18)

This is the very weakness of worldly organized religion and
cultic organizations. Instead of pointing their followers
directly to Jesus and His Word, some of them point their
flocks to human leadership, and to their own church laws,
traditions, interpretations of the Scriptures, etc. This is
particularly true of the Roman Catholic church which goes so
far as to discourage its members from even reading the Holy
Scriptures on their own! I discuss this more in-depth in the
article 'Have You Read The New Scriptures Yet?'. What
happens is that the poor sheep unknowingly exchange their
faith in the Lord and His Word, for faith in their pastor,
priest, minister or elder. When those leaders fall from
grace due to some public scandal, many lose their faith and
leave Christianity in a state of total disillusionment. If
their faith had only been in the Lord and in His Word, this
would not happen. I discuss man worship at great length in
such articles as 'Elijah: Where Are The True Prophets Of
God?'. The main consideration here is that we are to preach
Christ Jesus the Lord, and no one else:

"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and
ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake."
(2 Corinthians 4:5)

"He must increase, but I must decrease."
(John 3:30)

Returning to the topic of spiritual warfare, while I too
have my share of battles, they usually manifest themselves
through moments of discouragement, or through a feeling of
inadequacy and self-doubt, but never through such graphical
spiritual onslaughts as some of my readers appear to be
having. The only conclusion that I can come to at this time,
is that the Lord, in His mercy, must really have me hallowed
about with His angels, and under the wings of His loving
protection for the sake of this ministry. It certainly isn't
something that I deserve. Allow me to share a few verses
with you on this topic:

"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall
abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the
LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I
trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the
fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee
with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his
truth shall be thy shield and buckler." (Psalms 91:1-4)

"The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear
him, and delivereth them." (Psalms 34:7)

Notice King David's usage of particular words in the above
verses such as refuge, fortress, snare, fowler, shield, and
buckler. While David was indeed a man of war, he is not just
talking about physical warfare, but rather spiritual warfare
as well. David knew full well that no matter how strong he
and his army may have been in the flesh, it was truly only
the Lord who could provide the protection that ancient
Israel needed against her enemies. Sadly, this is something
which the majority of the later kings failed to recognize. I
have written all about this topic in other articles such as
'The Fruits Of Disobedience', and 'The Children Of God And
Politics'. It is because of this realization, that David
also wrote many verses such as the following in which he
acknowledged the Lord as his only Protector:

"Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will
remember the name of the LORD our God." (Psalms 20:7)

In the previous verses from Psalm ninety-one, we know that
this enemy, this fowler, is none other than Satan himself
who uses his snare, that is, his evil lies and doubts, in
order to try to weaken us, and to entrap us in his web of
deceit. As we have already seen, he is a hunter; and you are
his prize; or at least he would like you to be! What we all
need to realize is exactly where this battle is being
fought. The Apostle Paul made it perfectly clear in the
previous verses when he said 'take the helmet of salvation'
and 'bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience
of Christ'. The primary battle is being fought in our minds!
This is where Satan lies to us! This is where He tells us
that God doesn't love us any more! This is where he tells us
that we are not saved! This is where he tells us that we no
longer belong to God! This is where he tells us that we have
sinned too terribly this time to be forgiven!

There is only one solution to this problem. There is only
way to obtain and to keep the victory. There is only one way
to keep up our guard. Again, the Apostle Paul, a man who ran
the full race, and who fought his battle faithfully to the
very end, provides us with a very clear answer in the
following verses:

"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed
by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that
good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
(Romans 12:2)

"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but
according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of
regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;"
(Titus 3:5)

"For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may
instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ."
(1 Corinthians 2:16)

I have written all about this topic in some of my other
articles. The only way to overcome Satan is by being
spiritually washed and totally transformed by the renewing
of your mind. You must forsake your old ways and your old
thoughts and put on the Mind of Christ! You must be totally
transformed into an entirely new creature by the very Spirit
of God!:

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature:
old things are passed away; behold, all things are become
new." (2 Corinthians 5:17)

As I have said before, this spiritual change, this spiritual
washing and renewing of our minds and beings can only come
about through the wonderful cleansing power of His
magnificent Word:

"Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking
heed thereto according to thy word." (Psalms 119:9)

"Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto
you." (John 15:3)

It is only through imbibing God's Word into our minds and
our hearts, through reading it and memorizing it, that we can
obtain the spiritual strength necessary to resist and fight
off these demonic attacks that some of you appear to be
experiencing; for as Jesus Himself said, His Words are
Spirit, and they are life, and they are also the Spiritual
Sword to stab the enemy in his heart!:

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth
nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit,
and they are life." (John 6:63)

"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper
than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing
asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow,
and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the
heart." (Hebrews 4:12)

This is no laughing matter! This is very serious business!
Unless you are immersed in, and filled with God's Word, you
are going to be in very BIG trouble spiritually! You will
not have the spiritual fortitude or stamina to resist the
attacks of the enemy. You cannot do it in your own strength.
Again, I encourage everyone to read 'The Lord Will Lift You
Up' and similar articles in which I emphasize the importance
of His Word. Again, do not forget that He has magnified, or
elevated, His Word above His very Name:

"I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name
for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast
magnified thy word above all thy name." (Psalms 138:2)

If you choose to spend your free time watching your favorite
shows on the television set, or doing mall shopping, or
cruising around in your car, or having beer with the boys,
or reading novels, or filling in crossword puzzles, or
playing card games, or whatever it is that you waste your
time on, instead of spending your time wisely with Him
absorbing His Word, then you have absolutely no one to blame
but yourself for your spiritual weakness! You are
unknowingly making yourself a target for Satan and his
demons, because he knows that you are weak and not filled
with His Word! The Lord wants to spiritually empower you,
but you must let Him do it by 'tanking up' on His Word, and
constantly being on the alert as Peter advises us to do.

You must be on guard, on guard, on guard! Don't think for
one minute that you can do it on your own! Don't think that
you are so spiritual that you can drift away from Him and
His Word and not suffer the consequences as a result of it.
Believe me, as some of my readers have already seen through
experiences in their own lives, Satan is very tricky. He
will cause you to drift away from the Lord, and fall asleep
spiritually so slowly, that you won't even notice it or
detect it until it is too late! It is just like carbon
monoxide, which is an invisible odorless poisonous gas which
lures you to sleep, and then kills you dead! That is
precisely what Satan is like! I truly hope that you are
getting the point, because this is serious business! Don't
fall asleep spiritually like the rebellious Jews have done!:

"(According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit
of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that
they should not hear;) unto this day." (Romans 11:8)

Remember again the words of the Apostle Paul. We must put on
the Helmet of Salvation. Why is this? It is because it is to
our minds that Satan and his demons speak when they tell us
that we are not saved, and that God does not love us any
more. Don't you dare believe for even one minute that Satan
has any right or claim over you, because He doesn't! He is a
liar and a deceiver. You already know that, don't you? So
why are you listening to him then? Rebuke him in the name of
Jesus Christ! As Jesus and Paul both said, the Lord
certainly knows those that are His, and NO ONE can take us
from Him, NEVER! It is totally impossible!:

"Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this
seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one
that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity."
(2 Timothy 2:19)

"All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him
that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out."
John 6:37)

"And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never
perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand."
(John 10:28)

"...for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake
thee." (Hebrews 13:5b)

While a lot of demonic attacks come from without, such as in
the case of oppression, it is also important to realize that
when it comes to our own Christian fellowship, Satan can
attack from within as well. While it may be difficult for
some of you to understand, even though a person is saved,
and believes in Jesus, he can still become a tool of Satan
if he is not totally submitted to the Lord. If there are any
unyielded areas in the life of the Christian, these things
can be a crack in his spiritual armour; and Satan will most
certainly take advantage of it in order to try to sow
dissension and discord amongst the brethren. This is
precisely what we are told in the Book of Proverbs:

"These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an
abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and
hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth
wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to
mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that
soweth discord among brethren." (Proverbs 6:16-19)

As I have pointed out in other articles, the First Century
Church was plagued by these things when the Law-bound Jews
secretly infiltrated the Early Church feigning to be true
brethren, in order to ensnare the Disciples under the weight
of the Mosaic Law. It is for this very reason that we find
verses such as the following in the New Testament:

"For such are false apostles, deceitful workers,
transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no
marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of
light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also
be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end
shall be according to their works...In journeyings often, in
perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine
own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the
city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in
perils among false brethren;" (2 Corinthians 11:13-15, 26)

"And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who
came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in
Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:"
(Galatians 2:4)

"O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should
not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been
evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I
learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the
law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having
begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in
vain." (Galatians 3:1-4)

Thus we see that Satan does not limit his attacks to one
method alone. He can and will attack anywhere and at anytime
if you let him. Before concluding this article, there are
several more things that you need to do in order to obtain a
victory over these dark experiences which you are having in
your life. First of all, you need to come spiritually clean
before the Lord, and before anyone else against whom you may
have sinned. The Lord is indeed willing and eager to forgive
you, but as I point out in 'Love, Mercy, Forgiveness And
Chastisement', that forgiveness will not come unless there
is true unconditional repentance first without any form of
justification on your part. You can't say 'I am sorry...
...but'. You can't be a 'yabbut'. That just won't work with
the Lord. As King David cried in his moment of desperation:

"Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit
within me." (Psalms 51:10)

Once you humble yourself and seek for forgiveness, that wall
of sin around your heart made up of bricks of pride and
self-righteous ego, which has separated you from the Lord,
and possibly even from your brethren, will be removed. It
will simply dissolve as you begin to immerse yourself anew
in His wonderful Word, and submit yourself to His Will. From
that point on, you must remain submitted to the Lord, and
continually be on the lookout for the enemy's treacherous
tricks, and resist him at every turn:

"But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth
the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. Submit
yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will
flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to
you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts,
ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let
your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to
heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and
he shall lift you up." (James 4:6-10)

"Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder.
Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed
with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace
to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty
hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:"
(1 Peter 5:5-6)

As a final means of protection against these demonic
attacks, you must call upon the Heavenly Host which is at
your disposal. Yes, they are waiting to assist you if you
will only have the faith to believe! If Satan has his dark
oppressive cloud as some of you have described it, don't you
think that the Lord has His very own Cloud as well? He most
certainly does! The Apostle Paul described it for us quite
well when he wrote the following lines:

"Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great
a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the
sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with
patience the race that is set before us," (Hebrews 12:1)

This cloud of Spiritual Warriors wants to come to your
assistance. They know that you need their help, and that you
are too weak to fight the battle alone; but in order to
receive their help, you must first follow the previous steps
and forsake the sin that is in your life. You need to cast
off those dead weights which drag you down so that you and
they can fight together against the common enemy. How can
one possibly run the race or freely fight the battle if he
is trying to carry a large sack of sins on his back? Isn't
that ridiculous? You need to stop trying to do it in your
own strength and let the Lord help you; for as he said:

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I
will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me;
for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest
unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is
light." (Matthew 11:28-30)

Just confess those sins to the Lord and to those you have
offended, and get rid of them once and for all! When Jesus
said to forsake all, that is exactly what He meant; ALL:

"So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all
that he hath, he cannot be my disciple." (Luke 14:33).

Maybe you think you have forsaken all because you have given
up family and certain friends, and perhaps even a few bad
habits; but until you have forsaken your pride and
self-righteous attitude, or whatever sins are holding you
back from serving the Lord with your whole heart, then you
truly have not forsaken all. Once you have followed the
proper steps of repentance and forgiveness, then ask the
Lord to refill your house, your physical being, with His
Spirit, for we are indeed the temples of the Holy Ghost:

"What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy
Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not
your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify
God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."
(1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

If you doubt that the Lord can remove His Spirit and His
protection from us during our times of rebellion, then
consider the following statement made by King David right
after he asked the Lord to create a new heart in him:

"Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy
spirit from me." (Psalms 51:11)

Why would David pray such a thing unless he knew that it was
possible for us to lose the Lord's Spirit? Thus we see that
in certain situations, the Lord will indeed abandon us
temporarily in order to allow us to learn the lesson He is
trying to teach us. As the old saying goes, 'If you feel far
from the Lord, who moved?'. Perhaps after the Lord has
allowed you to feel the full wrath of Satan, and to be
buffeted about by him for a time, you will finally come to
your senses, regain your fear of the Lord, and repent. Once
you have made things right with the Lord and with your
brethren, then you can call down His Celestial Cloud. Ask
the Lord to fill every room of your home with His Angelic
Warriors, who will fight along side of you in the Spirit.
Maybe you can't see them, but believe me, they are most
certainly there! As I point out in other articles, others
have both heard and seen them! Consider these wonderful
verses which prove this point without a shadow of a doubt:

"And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he
lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a
man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and
Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or
for our adversaries? And he said, Nay; but as captain of the
host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face
to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith
my lord unto his servant? And the captain of the LORD'S host
said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the
place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so."
(Joshua 5:13-15)

"And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his
eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the
young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of
horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha."
(2 Kings 6:17)

"Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a
certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with
fine gold of Uphaz: His body also was like the beryl, and
his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as
lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to
polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of
a multitude. And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men
that were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking
fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves.
Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and
there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was
turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.
Yet heard I the voice of his words: and when I heard the
voice of his words, then was I in a deep sleep on my face,
and my face toward the ground. And, behold, an hand touched
me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my
hands. And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved,
understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand
upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken
this word unto me, I stood trembling. Then said he unto me,
Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set
thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy
God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words. But
the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and
twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes,
came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of
Persia. Now I am come to make thee understand what shall
befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is
for many days. And when he had spoken such words unto me, I
set my face toward the ground, and I became dumb. And,
behold, one like the similitude of the sons of men touched
my lips: then I opened my mouth, and spake, and said unto
him that stood before me, O my lord, by the vision my
sorrows are turned upon me, and I have retained no strength.
For how can the servant of this my lord talk with this my
lord? for as for me, straightway there remained no strength
in me, neither is there breath left in me. Then there came
again and touched me one like the appearance of a man, and
he strengthened me, And said, O man greatly beloved, fear
not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when
he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my
lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me. Then said he,
Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I
return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am
gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come. But I will
shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and
there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but
Michael your prince." (Daniel 10:5-21)

"Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for
I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold
the face of my Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 18:10)

"And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he
that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in
righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a
flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had
a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was
clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is
called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven
followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white
and clean." (Revelation 19:11-14)

So as you can see, we are not alone! We have the entire Host
of Heaven on our side! All we have to do is believe, and be
desperate enough to ask the Lord to send some of them down
to assist us during our times of need, and He most certainly
will. It is right there in your very own Bible! There is
absolutely no reason for any of you to have to fight these
battles alone! Call down some of His Celestial Cloud today;
and once they arrive, take up that white-hot Sword of the
Spirit and join them in the battle!:

"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper
than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing
asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow,
and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the
heart." (Hebrews 4:12)

Instead of allowing Satan to put you on the defense, go on
the offense! Tell him that he is a liar and the father of
the lies! Quote him the Word just like Jesus did in Matthew
chapter four! That is your Sword! If you do this, that ole
demon will surely retreat; for as Jesus and the Apostle
James said:

"...and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates
of hell shall not prevail against it." (Matthew 16:18)

"...Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
(James 4:7)

Do you believe it? I certainly hope so, because every word
of it is true! God bless you! Be a fighter for Jesus! Run
the race that is set before you! If you do this, then
someday, as the Apostle Paul wrote, you too will be able to
say:

"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I
have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a
crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge,
shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all
them also that love his appearing." (2 Timothy 4:7-8)

With these inspiring words, I am going to bring another
article to a close. I truly hope that this message has been
a blessing and an encouragement in your life. Keep your eyes
on Jesus! It may be later than you think!
